Breaking bad habits relating to established thought patterns in order to look at things in a different light is a demand placed on every Doctot team member. Feeling big gains rarely arise from small gambles, our management encourage each member to follow their hearts and intuition, and bravely take calculated risks*. When they pay off, we further succeed. On the occasions they don't, we've an even wiser workforce.


(*Please note we’ve instituted an in-house QA system to ensure everything humanly possible is done to ensure any "mistakes" are corrected pre-market. Furthermore, it goes without saying that zero degree of risk is taken with respect to each product’s Medical content).



Humility



Upon uptake of their roles at Doctot, each staff member is immediately informed that the only heroes in the organisation's story are the Health Care Providers that use our Medical Apps. Whilst pride in performance is absolute, the team's primary goal doesn't relate to glory - it is simply about helping those great people to become even greater.



Customer Satisfaction



Inspired by the drive of Olympian Karoly Takacs whose picture adorns our office's wall, our aim is to go the extra mile upon all projects we undertake to ensure our customers and clients enjoy a hugely positive experience with the Doctot brand. For the Consortium's Directors, this means extra evening and weekend work (typically of the unpaid variety), passing on countless social events, and precious little time with friends or family. An associated complaint will never be heard though - to them, it never feels like work.



Continuous Improvement



Each Doctot member is continually challenged to get better. Even if they are already the best. Particularly if they are already the best. In the Learning Environment the Consortium's Directors created, our intrinsically motivated staff members are provided with the platform required to master their respective trades. Thanks to the afforded process of evolution, cumulative learning and incremental improvement; our staff repeatedly develop and execute pioneering new ways for the organisation to improve itself on an ongoing basis.



Service



Formed by a HCP for HCP's, Doctot came into being to provide the type of medical tools we'd like to see in use if our family or friends happened to be in need of care. Satisfying genuine clinical needs by providing user-focussed solutions, the day Doctot is no longer relevant to the medical profession is the day the Consortium shall call it a day.



Integrity



From its inception, the Doctot brand has been built upon the principles of authenticity and honesty. Operating in an environment of safe vulnerability where everyone is expected to be no one other than themselves; always keeping our word is our promise to not only our loyal users, customers, vendors and government but to ourselves.



Decisiveness



With all members encouraged to be the difference they want to see in Mobile Healthcare; our collective assertiveness in relation to planning, problem-solving and executing action plans helps the Consortium to continuously evolve.



Harmony



We strive to develop a harmonious work atmosphere where strong relationships are enjoyed by all staff members, and by the external environment that interact with us. Getting to know not only each others' work style but personal story is deemed essential by the Consortium's Directors, who very much support the process by openly discussing their own fears, weaknesses and mistakes with the team.



Respect



Akin to the Sydney Swans AFL team, we operate a strict "No D*ckheads" policy. Indeed, so anxious were the Consortium's founders to ensure their stakeholders' health, safety, self-esteem, feelings and opinions are continually placed first; rules, policies and systems that reflect such a mindset have been established and implemented.



Fun



Successfully ingrained in all team members by Consultant Physician Prof. Declan Lyons, Doctot's collective purpose could hardly be more serious, with such continuously reflected in our meticulously developed produce. As individuals however, we never have or will take ourselves too seriously, which leads to a lot of internal (and a little external!) fun. As Richard Branson once said, if you're not enjoying your work life, it's probably time to call it quits and try something else.
