Doctot NIHSS is a intuitive, user friendly tool for clinicians to efficiently evaluate Stroke patients with the NIHSS scale.
More About Doctot NIHSS
This interactive scale assists in the diagnosis by:
- providing the 14 components of the NIHSS in an easy-to-use wizard
- automatically calculating the patient’s NIHSS score
- categorising the patient’s NIHSS score
- including images used to display to the patient to determine their descriptive abilities
- providing users with the ability to take notes for untestable criteria
- providing ‘Stopwatch’ functionality where timing of patients actions/responses is required. (The most suitable options are selected based on the time taken)
An “Information” section is included to provide the user with background details. A “Help” section is included to aid in the use of the tool.
Functionality is also included for:
- PIN Protection for security purposes
- Patient Results Management (save, delete & sort options)
- Automatic Email Generation of each patient assessment result
- Shake-to-Reset Scale functionality
